Jim Larsen has been teaching meditation for over 40 years. He is a full-time advanced meditation instructor for the nonprofit Art of Living Foundation. Jim has led meditation trainings and advanced retreats for thousands of people all over the world including specialized programs for military veterans, police, physicians/nurses, incarcerated prisoners and those struggling with anxiety.
