A Yale University randomized controlled study published in Frontiers in Psychiatry compared equal dosage of 3 well-being interventions.
1. Mindfulness (MBSR) and the control group did not show any significant changes.
2. Emotional Intelligence training showed improvements only in mindfulness.
3. SKY Breath Meditation showed statistically significant improvements in all 6 measures of well-being.

  • Less depression;
  • Greater positive emotion;
  • Increased mindfulness
  • Improved mental health;
  • Increased social connectedness;
At 3 month follow-up, the improvements in the SKY group were even stronger.
